• Account registration: Name, email address, company name, job title, and password when you register or are invited to VestPlus.
• KYC / identity data: PAN, Aadhaar (masked), date of birth, and bank account details required for AMFI-regulated mutual fund transactions.
• Contact forms: Name, email, company, and message content submitted via contact or demo request forms.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access, and referring URLs.
• Device data: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).

1.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information from AMFI, RTAs (Registrar and Transfer Agents), and your employer organisation when you are enrolled in a VestPlus program.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the VestPlus platform.
• Process mutual fund investments, contributions, and redemptions on behalf of your employer.
• Verify your identity and fulfil AMFI/SEBI compliance obligations.
• Send transactional emails (contribution confirmations, vesting notifications, account updates).
• Respond to support requests, enquiries, and demo bookings.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• With your employer: Employee portfolio data, vesting status, and contribution records are shared with the company that enrolled you in VestPlus.
• With AMC and RTA partners: KYC and transaction data is shared with Asset Management Companies and RTAs as required for mutual fund processing.
• With service providers: We use trusted third-party vendors for hosting, email delivery, and analytics — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose data to comply with SEBI, AMFI, or other regulatory requirements, or when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet our legal obligations. For AMFI-regulated transactions, records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by applicable regulations.
